Plumbing Doctor LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, by phone and by text message, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, address, ZIP code, email and a description of the plumbing problem, when you fill in a request form, book online, chat with us, call or text.
- Spam protection: the request form uses a security check from our hosting provider to tell people from bots. It looks at your browser, not who you are.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, the site that referred you, device type and page speed. Our statistics tool does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule and perform the work, and send estimates and invoices
- To text or call you about your appointment, if you gave us your number
- To improve this website
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling and invoicing system, our email and text message providers, and our financing partner if you apply for financing. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Chat and booking tools
The chat window and online booking on this site are provided by our scheduling system. When you use them, that provider processes what you enter on our behalf and may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties and meet tax and legal requirements.
