Had backup and they came out in half hour on a Sunday and got the blockage resolved. They cleaned up after themselves. Very very professional people.
They tell me what is worth doing or not doing, and won't try to upcharge me. The work is always great. They are my go-to!
Found my outdoor cleanout that was covered up for years and no other company could find! … They use drop cloths and clean up when they are done.
Very knowledgeable, attention to detail, extremely neat and organized. We highly recommend Plumbing Doctor.
Emergency questions
What should I do first in a plumbing emergency?
Shut off the water. The main valve is usually where the water line comes into the house, next to the meter, often in the basement. If the leak is at the water heater, close the cold-water valve on top of the tank. Then call us.
Do you come out at night, on weekends and on holidays?
Yes. Outside regular hours there is a $250 after-hours fee, paid upfront before we head out. If the problem can wait until morning, we will tell you so and book a daytime visit instead.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Water you can't stop, sewage coming up a drain, no water at all, a leaking water heater tank, a flooding basement or your only toilet overflowing. A dripping faucet, a slow drain or a running toilet can wait for a regular visit.
I smell gas. Can you help?
Get everyone out first and call 911 or your gas company from outside. Once the utility has made it safe, we repair and pressure-test the gas line.
How fast can you get here?
Call and we will give you an arrival time on the phone. For daytime problems, book by 9 a.m. and we come the same day.
